Made from Q195/Q235 rolled steel coil, with thicknesses of 0.2-1.2mm and widths of 12.7-32mm, it complies with JISG 3141, A5 DIN 50114, and YB/T025 standards. It boasts a tensile strength of 800-1000 MPa and an elongation greater than 4%. Both standard and custom production options are available, and the lubricated surface is compatible with manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic strapping equipment. The production process includes unwinding, roller pressing, and blueing.
