Product Description

TA6V Titanium Alloy is the most common α+β type titanium alloy, corresponding to Chinese national standard TC4 and American standard Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V).

Core Properties:
Strength: Annealed tensile strength 895-1100 MPa, yield strength 828-1000 MPa
Density: 4.43 g/cm³ (approximately 57% of steel, significant lightweight advantage)
Features: High strength, high specific strength, good toughness, corrosion resistance, weldable, heat-treatable
Operating Temperature: ≤ 300ºC (long-term)
