Product Description

Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy tube, also known as Grade 5 or TA6V, is the most widely used α+β titanium alloy tube in advanced engineering applications. Combining excellent mechanical strength with low density and superior corrosion resistance, it is an ideal material for high-performance tubing in demanding environments.
This titanium alloy tube offers outstanding strength, with an annealed tensile strength of 895-1100 MPa and yield strength of 828-1000 MPa. With a density of only 4.43 g/cm³ (about 57% of steel), it provides a significant weight reduction advantage while maintaining exceptional structural integrity. The material features high specific strength, good toughness, excellent corrosion resistance, and reliable weldability. It is also heat-treatable to further enhance performance. The recommended long-term operating temperature is up to 300°C.
